Cancellation Policy

When canceling an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 75% charge Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred only once (ex. if you reschedule more than once, another deposit will need to be paid) Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of that service There is a 15-minute grace period - after 15 mins, there will be a $10 late fee (after 25 mins the appointment will be canceled and charged 100%)
